Is Britney Being Deprived of Her Constitutional Rights?

Britney Spears’s new lawyer, Jon Eardley, is claiming that Spears is being “deprived of her Constitutional rights.” He is hoping for a “return to normalcy” in regards to her current legal and living conditions. Britney’s father, Jamie, was given temporary conservatorship – providing him with legal control of his daughter’s money and treatment, when she was placed on emergency hold last month.
